Reale Accademia Di Musica - Adriano Monteduro & Reale Accademia di Musica (1974)

The second album from this band.

The band was a quintet with a lineup of acoustic guitars, steel and electric guitars, synth, piano, organs, fender rhodes, hammond, percussion, bass, drums and vocals.
The band had help from four other musicians who provided guitars, timbales and vocals.

I very much liked their self-titled 1972 debut and I gave it a very good rating. You can read my review here

The second album saw the band being a backing band for the acoustic guitarist Adriano Monteduro and his music.

The music is not acoustic though although large parts of it has an acoustic feel. Adriano's guitars is not even that dominating. There is a lot of electric guitars and organs here too. The vocals is very good.

The music is mellow and not hard. It has a lot of Italian pop and folk rock influences. The music is typical RPI, Rock Progressive Italiano though.

This album is just over half an hour long and it is a good album. It is not as good as their debut album. I am still happy about this album and would recommend it to every RPI fan out there.
